The website was created for the sale of food products, in compliance with Italian legislation on e-commerce and distance contracts, with particular reference to Legislative Decree No. 70/2003.

3. Orders and Purchase Proposal

The Customer may purchase the products available on the carneseccaitalia.it website.

The publication of products on the website constitutes an invitation to the Customer to submit a purchase proposal.

The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer may request a change or cancellation of the order only if it has not yet been shipped, by sending a message to the Customer Service email address:

4. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The contract between Carne Secca Italia and the Customer is deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Carne Secca Italia.

Such acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means.

By placing an order using one of the methods provided on the website, the Customer declares that they have viewed all the information provided during the purchase process and that they fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the payment terms indicated below.

If the Customer is a consumer, meaning a natural person who purchases products for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft, or profession, at the end of the online purchase process they must print, save, or otherwise keep a copy of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in accordance with Italian legislation on distance contracts.

The Customer has no right to compensation for damages or recognition of indemnities, and Carne Secca Italia bears no contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property arising from the non-acceptance or non-fulfillment, even partial, of an order.

• correctly determine the place of delivery.

The lack of such information may render the order void.

Should delivery problems occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer, Carne Secca Italia may proceed with a new shipment, the costs of which will be borne by the Customer.
