Example Product Title
Proteins can also be chewed
A 25-gram pouch with 17 grams of protein, nothing to mix and no shaker to wash afterward.
Inside, there's lean meat, salt, and cold smoking.
If you've had enough of those artificial chocolate-flavored bars, this is the part of the catalog that will interest you.
The two you need
Turkey or beef, depending on what you're looking for
These are the two sachets with the highest protein density that we make. Same format, same price, two different profiles.
Lemon Turkey
Thinly sliced smoked turkey, with lemon zest to keep the taste light. It's the packet with the highest protein-to-fat ratio: 71 grams of protein per 100 grams of product, and just 3.3 grams of fat. If you're cutting or counting macros precisely, start here.
Orange Beef
Smoked beef with orange zest, full-flavored with a hint of citrusy sweetness. It has a bit more fat than turkey, and in return gives you a lot more flavor, so it works better when the pouch also needs to satisfy a craving.
Values per portion calculated on 25g of product based on 100g data on the label. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Why not a bar
Same promise, two different ways to keep it
We have nothing against protein bars. But if you've been reading labels for a while, you've already made the comparison yourself.
A bag of jerky
- Whole meat proteins. No isolated, no dust recompacted with a syrup to hold it together.
- Few ingredients.Meat, salt, spices, and smoke. The label is finished before you’ve finished reading it.
- You chew it.It takes a few minutes and the satiety signal really arrives, not after you've already had the second one.
- Nothing to prepare. It fits in the gym bag's pocket, doesn't melt in the car in summer, and doesn't expire in three days.
The average shelf bar
- Isolated proteins.Good on paper, but the rest of the list is almost always longer than the useful part.
- Polyols and sweeteners.I'm why a lot of people find protein bars hard to digest.
- It goes down in three bitesSweet, fast, and half an hour later you're back at the dispenser.
- Dessert flavor. After the third week of chocolate and cookie dough you don't want to see it anymore.
Session just ended
Seventeen grams of protein while you're still in the locker room, without looking for a place to wash your shaker.
The four o'clock hole
The time when the office vending machine seems like a good idea. A sachet in the drawer turns it off without sugar.
In the duffel bag and in the backpack
It doesn't need refrigeration, it doesn't crumble, and it lasts for months. You put it in once and you find it again on the day you need it.
When you're at a deficit
Eighty-three calories that taste like a BBQ. When dieting, it's easier to stay on track if what you eat has flavor.

Who really needs it
We prefer to tell you upfront: it's not the right product for everyone, and we're not interested in selling it to those who will ultimately be disappointed.
It's for you if
- Count your macrosand you need a protein source that's low in fat and has almost no carbs.
- You can't digest the barsor you simply can't stand them anymore.
- Do you work out away from homeand you want something that fits in your bag without needing a fridge or preparation.
- Do you follow keto or low carband you need a savory snack that won't break the bank.
It's not for you if
- Looking for a meal replacement. This is protein and not much else, it's not a complete meal.
- You only seek strong sweet flavors. Our snacks are 100% meat, and we don't add artificial sweeteners to make them palatable: they already are, naturally.
- You want the price of a discount chocolate bar.To make 25 g of dried meat, you need about 100 g of fresh meat, and that's reflected in the price.
- You are expecting an additional payment. It's food. It does what food does, at food's pace.
Why is it different
It's not protein powder, it's food.
We produce it in our family's charcuterie factory in Pozza di Fassa, in Val di Fassa, where speck has been cured for three generations.
The meat is seasoned with salt and spices, cold-smoked, and then left to cure for weeks.
Industrial jerky, on the other hand, is oven-baked in three hours.
That's why MSG is needed: at that point, the meat no longer tastes like anything, and the flavor has to be put back in from the outside.
We have nothing to hide, and that's why our label is so short.
Why it's good for you
A snack you don't have to justify
In the afternoon, that craving always strikes. Usually, you quell it with something that leaves you with nothing but sugar and hunger half an hour later.
Our dried meat does a different job: real protein, very little sugar, no preservatives or colorants, and a label you can read in five seconds.
There's also a reason why a 25-gram bag is more filling than it seems. To make 25 grams, you need about 100 grams of fresh meat.
What you're holding is meat concentrated four times, not an air-puffed snack.
The questions you ask us
What you ask us most often
Why does it cost more than a supermarket snack?
Why does it cost more than a supermarket snack?
Because you're not comparing the same thing. A 25-gram packet contains the meat of approximately 100 grams of fresh meat, processed for weeks instead of three hours.
If you compare it to a cured meat and not a snack, it makes sense.
Turkey or beef?
Turkey or beef?
If you only look at the numbers, turkey has 71 grams of protein per 100g and only 3.3g of fat. If you're looking for full flavor, beef has more fat and in return more taste. Most people who train keep both at home and alternate.
Before or after training?
Before or after training?
After. It's meat, and meat is digested slowly: eating it twenty minutes before a tough session doesn't make much sense. Immediately after, however, it works well, and it's equally good as a snack throughout the day, away from workouts.
Is it okay for keto?
Is it okay for keto?
Yes. Turkey declares 0 grams of carbohydrates per 100g, beef 1.2g, which means about 0.3g for a 25g bag. These are among the few savory snacks you can keep at home without doing calculations every time.
Where is it made?
Where is it made?
In our lab in the Dolomites. The recipe, curing, cold smoking and aging are all done there, using the mountain charcuterie method.
Why is yours soft and others are hard?
Why is yours soft and others are hard?
Because we don't cook it. Industrial jerky goes into the oven and dries quickly; ours is cold-aged and loses water slowly.
It's a choice, not a defect: if you're looking for the tough chewiness of American jerky, you'll find it in our European line.
How long does an envelope last?
How long does an envelope last?
Unopened, it can be stored at room temperature until the date on the label, no refrigeration needed.
Once opened, we recommend finishing it within 24 hours, keeping it closed and away from humidity.
