This jerky line is designed for true meat lovers who want to fully savor its flavor.
It is made following an ancient recipe from northern Italy, preserved in the mountains of the Dolomites. Its flavor does not come from an excessive use of spices (often used to mask the taste of low-quality meats) but from a deep natural smoking process and a slow dry-aging method that ensures its tenderness and enhances its taste.
The meat, first cut into thin strips, lightly spiced, and cold-smoked for half a day, is then aged for several days at a low temperature.
The result is outstanding: a flavor-packed concentrate dominated by smokiness, ideal for a delicious snack, free of fats, and therefore preferable to less healthy treats.
